Join Chapa-De’s clinical team as a Sterile Technician, where you’ll play an essential role in patient safety by ensuring medical and dental instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, disinfected, sterilized, organized, and ready for use. You’ll help support efficient clinical operations while maintaining high standards for infection prevention and quality patient care.
Hourly Pay: $25.00-$27.00
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do:
· Clean, disinfect, inspect, prepare, package, and sterilize medical and dental instruments and equipment, ensuring they are safe, functional, and ready for patient care.
. Operate and monitor sterilization equipment and maintain accurate sterilization records while following established quality-control procedures.
. Assemble, organize, and maintain sterile instrument trays, supplies, and equipment, ensuring appropriate inventory levels to support daily clinical needs.
. Follow established infection prevention, safety, and sterilization standards to help protect patients and staff.
. Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure instruments and equipment are available and ready when needed for efficient patient care.
What You'll Bring:
· High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
. Current CPR certification and Infection Control certification
. Ability to learn quickly, retain information, take feedback, and follow established sterilization procedures
. Strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
. A collaborative, dependable attitude with a willingness to learn, train, and support the clinical team
. Previous dental, sterilization, or dental assisting experience is a plus, but not required
